Researchers have documented changes in a range of areas, including land, atmospheric and ocean temperatures, glacial melting, shrinking sea ice, rising sea levels, ocean acidification, increased water vapor and more. It's hard, given what we know and what many people around the world have experienced, that climate change is already a distressing reality.
